for any desperate overworked classroom coordinator out there:
boil and peel eggs
take out yolks
fill space with whipped cream cheese
add olives with pimentos
draw on veins with red food coloring and toothpicks, if you can. didn't work for me, though
kids love it because it's gross, and parents will eat them, cause they are tasty!
